Car Rental Sales / Operation Administrator
We’re looking to hire a very well-experienced car rental Sales & Operation Administrator.
(Applicant should come from the Car Rental Industry ONLY preferably luxury car rental with one-year experience minimum)
(Should be fluent in Arabic & English)
Responsibilities:
– Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
– Managing the corporate and individual clients
– Purchasing, Budgeting, Accounting
– Provide customer service exceptionally
– Responding to Customer’s inquiries and complaints.
– Directly and supervise employees engaged in sales, reconciling cash
– Receipts or Performing service to customers.
– Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales issues
– Consult with company officials to create plans and strategies for growing sales.
Qualifications:
– Car rental professional System
– Knowledge of RTA procedures
– Knowledge of the RTA rent-a-car system
– Good Understanding of GPS system monitoring
– Customer service special skills
– Invoicing Arranging Vehicle delivery & Vehicle collection
– Traffic Fine monitoring
– SALIK Checking
– Vehicle service monitoring
– Direct reporting to the owner
– Arranging company cars to be imported/exported
– Experience and managing cars maintenance and repairs
